More details: F. M. Alexander 1949-1950 DVDThis DVD contains the only known film footage of F. Matthias Alexander. Two short films - six minutes in total - were made at Alexanders home in Ashley Place, London, in 1949 and 1950, and show him teaching his technique. There was no orginal soundtrack, but Walter Carrington, who trained with Alexander in the 1930s, added a narration to this footage in 1988. The booklet also contains 'What is the Alexander Technique?' by Walter Carrington. Total run time approx. 55 minutes. PAL or NTSC? Most modern computers and DVD players play both PAL and NTSC formats.For older players choose PAL for European DVD players and NTSC for North American DVD players. See here more info.
